Anyone looking to buy tires let me know. I found the Kenda scorpion at great prices last night. I bought 2 scorpion in size 22x11-8 for $119.98 shipped to my door. Yes I know they are 2 ply but should be fine for the yard.

I'd like one, 23.5/8/11 but I really more than 2 ply, 200x front on my big red and I bomb the thorny woods a lot. Anything for that?

Don't let 2 plys scare you. I will run only 2 ply tires up in the mountains and it is full of big, jagged rocks. They are meant to give, it doesn't make them weak. I've hit some really rough stuff with them and never had an issue. I'd never run anything but 2 plys on an SX, DR, ES, things like that.

Yeah I kinda figured a 2 ply would be fine. I have the original front 2 on there and a thorn stabbed it. It's probably just thin and worn from age and being bald as a my dads head.

Nothing wrong with 2 ply at all. I bought some scorpions a while back for a project but I wanted a taller tire so I put them on my lawn tractor.
