For that price i would run, run i say, and buy it... 70's are rare by me, still looking for an affordable one to rebuild.

heres some more pics of it I went and got it today http://i1165.photobucket.com/albums/q587/daniel_goodwin1/2014-01-05131447_zps1b994174.jpg http://i1165.photobucket.com/albums/q587/daniel_goodwin1/2014-01-05131409_zps134b4325.jpg and heres the parts bike http://i1165.photobucket.com/albums/q587/daniel_goodwin1/2014-01-05131431_zpsafd18775.jpg I tried to start it and ride it but it wouldent start so I drained the old gas out and cleaned the carb and I went and got a new champion spark plug for it so hopefully in a couple days it will be running and the frame is bent so im gonna pull the motor off of it and use the block of wood and a block of wood to straighten it

You won't go wrong for the money. Check for spark before you do anything else. My guess is the points are probably dirty and need adjusting. You don't need to pull the engine to straighten the frame, just remove the intake, carb, coil and air box. Have a few smaller pieces of wood available to build up the base and not damage the air cleaner mounting tab. If you need more help with it let me know, I've got some decent pics of the process.

I went to fix my pull starter and the finger that hook the basket arenot going in the basket far enough and I pulled the basket off and theres a magnet laying under the flywheel any ideas what it is from

A picture would help explain what youre seeing. You will see the stator and points through the slots in the flywheel when the basket is removed. If you reinstall the basket you can knot the end of a rope and wind it counterclockwise around the basket to pull start it. Dont wrap the rope around your hand.

x2. Does the piece move or has it been attached to the cover? Epoxied? Does it clear the flywheel? Whatever it is it shouldn't effect spark. It doesn't look like it could have originated from the stator.

well we may have a problem I was trying to role start it and it wouldent start so I went to pull it and the motor wouldent turn over so I pulled the puller off andi stuck a screw driver in the slots in the basket and it would turn but it wouldent turn over just turning it over by hand
