Need help ASAP

Hello I need help with my big red 250, in the past few days it has been acting up.it will idle fine but when you give the bike throttle shell stall but giving it throttle with the choke on it will stay going. I adjusted the idle screw but it still continues to do the same thing. If anyone has any idea of what it could be PLEASE respond. Thank you

You need to clean the carb before adjusting anything.if its been running fine and just started this its probably dirty carb.

Yes sound like a dirty pilot jet.

Choking it gives it a richer mixture allowing it to run normal.

I rebuilt my carb on my 84 200ES using this tutorial. Easy peasy. Parts weren't too expensive either.
