84/85 200x with 185 motor, flipped forks, quad gas tank, funky seat, and 185 headlight. is that a chain tensioner?

i think Manbearpig nailed it. Def odd ball bike but looks like the usual autoX contraption

On the 200x the front axle is supposed to be trailing not leading. Yours is in front of your forks when its supposed to be behind.

flipping the forks back to normal is gonna be more like step #37.

you gots some work to do to make that thing look like a 200x again. decent base to start with and with trikes all over out there, you'll be able to find good parts on backyard parts bikes in no time.
