what is your opinion on this? which do you enjoy riding more?
Any opinions on dirtbikes are welcomed.

It really depends on rider preference and terrain...skill level as well. I love both but I would rather ride a trike in the deep snow vs a dirtbike.

Apples VS Oranges

Back when trikes were everywhere and you could get a group together to ride with next to no planning it was a blast, but when they started to thin out and the groups started to become mixed with dirt bikes the differences were enough to diminish the quality of the ride. The biggest differences I remember where tight woods, snow and swamps. Riding a trike at high speed in tight woods is nothing short of suicide (keep in mind that the snowmobiles that made most of those trails were a lot narrower back then) Bikes are no fun in swamps (unless you are into putting them on your back and walking around) and trikes take to swamps like ducks to water and driving a dirt bike in snow on frozen ground is extremely stressful whereas nothing is more fun to drive in snow than a trikes when it is too shallow or too wet for a sled.

Get one of each and you never go wanting!

Lookin good ElCamexican!

I prefer trikes at this point because I respect them more, every time I get on a dirt bike I get stupid and break something. I rode many dirt bikes for a long time but hadnt in years. Last month I traded for a yz426 and within five minutes was doing straight up wheelies down the block. Got rid of that monster right away.
Then I bought a stupid little Chinese dirt bike for the e-start engine and accessories, rode it down the street and wrecked it hard within a block when the frayed throttle cable stuck wide open in a turn.
Yes I know this was my fault  and I should not ride them on the street lol, but that's what I mean by me getting stupid whenever there's a dirt bike around:D

Overall, I choose street bikes!! Oh wait sorry that wasn't a choice:lol:

I'll bite. Did KTM ever actually make trikes?

Nope, but some KTM engines made it into some trikes. Mine is a Yamaha.

I was wondering if that was a KTM 4 wheeler converted. Do they even make 4 wheelers?

I prefer trikes over bikes. Much more relaxing riding in the woods. They seem safer too.

Looks like you got em fooled with the TriTM El Camexican! I admit it took me a while to see what it was when I first saw it as well... a testament to a well designed and executed plan for a project!

Whats taped to the front fender of the real KTM?

But man, your backyard is like a perfect modeling scene straight from Mexico.

I love riding both but only have one bike at the moment. Its my fist bike. A 197? Honda xr75 that I plan on rebuilding sometime. I ride my trikes more than dirt bikes but I will still go tare it up on the little 75cc monster.
