do you want a longer one? if so, there should be extended aftermkt swingers avail cheaper than making one.

The stock swingarm broke, and i found a swingarm for a 1985 250r that comes with axle, hubs, and new bearings.

I have an 85 200x swinger that I would sell to you. There is no practical reason to use a 250r swinger on a 200x. Nothing about them is the same. For reference, I am a fabricator, and I still wouldn't waste my time.
