Hey guys I took a link out of my non o ring chain and it was a lil to tight so I figured I would take the new 520 o ring chain off my warrior and cut it to size. Chain fits good and spins alright it just seems big and bulky. Anyone have issues with o ring chains on these older bikes? Any info appreciated

O-ring or non O-ring should not affect the fit of the chain... What do you mean by big and bulky?

350x OEM chain was o-ring, and I'm pretty sure 200x was too.

(edited: sorry I left the word "Not" out, which greatly affects the meaning of the first sentence)

Yes, issues like....being more durable, longer lasting, and more quiet! All good issues to have!

Fits good, spins good, big and bulky....all good things if you ask me!!

Are you experiencing any downsides to the swap other than the bulky look?

You should always try and replace both sprockets and chain at the same time. A new chain on worn sprockets will greatly decrease its life span.
