Ok, I’m a pretty easy going guy for the most part, but I have my limits. The time has come for me to stand up and be heard. My beef is with the emotion face thingy’s (technical term, look it up).
Some months back my Roll Eyes guy vanished and when I politely brought the topic up I was told they come and go. Patiently I waited often staying up late at night and lodging in to see if he’d returned. Months past and I dealt with the rejection by burying the hurt in a deep dark place with all the other emotions I’ve given up on over the years. Eventually I moved on by expressing myself with the remaining emotions which often required changes to my writing style in order to accommodate their unique traits.
About 5 days ago my laughing emotion face thingy disappeared. This has been my default emotion since the beginning. It told people when I was joking and covered for me when the envelope of bad taste was pushed. It was my friend.
Now suddenly out of nowhere I have a Rolling Eyes guy again. I don’t know if it’s even mine, or just a feral emotion that was raised by wild edit buttons looking for a free meal. I want to believe it’s mine, but I’m scared to open myself up to it lest it leaves me again. I just can’t risk the pain.
I can’t take it! How am I supposed to express myself when my emotion faces come and go on a whim? The only ones that stay are the Banned guy or the Light Bulb and honestly the Banned guy scares me a bit. I don’t think he cares who he’s used on and could turn against me in a heartbeat. After all these years I haven’t worked up the nerve to use him even once and that Bouncing guy, tell me you’d leave your kid alone with it for even 5 minutes!
So my beef is that not only are we given wild carefree come as you please emotions to use on here, but we are only given a few of them! Why is that ? Why can’t we have emotions with legs that lay on their backs and laugh? Or Wanker/J/O emotions to express our feelings about some of the members on here? I’ve been on other sites and seen the massive drop-boxes filled with herds of obedient emotions, each funnier than the next. Emotions that allow the Members to express themselves completely with only a few words and a boat load of emotions.
Ok, I’ve vented. All I want to know is where the @*&^%K is my Smiley face and why can’t we have a few more emotions on here? I humbly await an answer from our moderator Overlords.
