Hey guys, just got a couple questions on my '84 200es. First is on the cdi there's the 6 wires going in, however one of them is pulled out. It's the grey wire. I've been doing a little research a found that it's for the reverse switch? If so, is it essential no find a pin to put it back in or will it work without it? I recently rebuilt the top end on it. Had it fire and then nothing (spark). I've went through the wiring and found some corrosion and wires that we're broke. Also found that grounds are important to check! Almost ordered a wiring harness till I decided to check old reliable(this site)! Thanks guys!
