Going to be working on adding a 2nd compressor and doing some piping out in the garage. Planning on running the compressor to a common line with the pressure switches set so the larger one runs most of the time and the smaller one only kicks in when I really need it. Anyone else have a setup like this? Any tips on how to run the lines to get the maximum amount of water out of the lines? I have black pipe now, but thinking about ordering one of those blue snap together flex line kits.

They had everything I needed over there. Decided to take mine down and start over from the beginning. I was planning on plumbing it for a refrigerated dryer for down the road and still will, but it looks like with the right placement of water traps it should take most of it out before it gets to my filters.

Those guys at GJ always have the answer. There are many resident experts on so many subjects. That's a site well worth the time for researching a topic.
