To speedo or not too??

Well I have a speedometer on my bigred. Works and all but I think cuse of either the gearbox or power reasons it dont work 100%. For x-mass I got a gps. It tell the speed mileage and all that other stuff. Should I invest the money into the mounting for it so I can use that and sell the speedometer and cables? No im not selling the gearbox cuse then my tire would move too much.

Its not the orginal speedometer this thing is huge and does not even mout right. I would keep the drive unit incase I would deside to chage back. Any one else??
