12" wide is gonna be about the max on an 8" wheel. Height will be limited by the fenders and the trikes actually ability to turn the tires.

Dougspcs might stop in and give a recommendations on bigger sizes, but I think most people consider 27" tires to be overkill for a regular rider, so keep em 25" or less in my opinion.

I'm going to take wild guess and say that yes the S frontend will fit on the ES, but I'm not a utility trike expert by any means.

I do know a good way to find out though........

The 200s front forks are smaller than than the es. So I don't know what's wrong with your front to make you want to swap them.

Unfortunately the 200es doesn't use the standard 4/110 bolt hub so change ups to the stock rims are VERY limited..if they exist at all.

Front end swaps aren't my area, I've never done one so I can't offer any input to this project.

The 200 es forks are shot - shocks are junk, if you want to call them shocks; I got the 200 s forks cheap and they are in good shape- the shocks are good, and I was having a hard time finding a good 200 es front end in good shape that was a good price
If it does not fit up, I will have to keep on looking for a good 200 es--THANKS

I may be wrong here but doesn't the 200es use the loose balls for neck bearings and the 200s use a tapered bearing?

My '84 200s uses 21 (IIRC) loose balls for the neck bearings. Can't help with whether or not it'll fit on the 200es.

And again, easy way to find out, takes about twenty minutes.

Put it on there and see.
