250r piston

Hi everyone.
i would like to know if there is any recent model bike that's piston would fit my stock honda 250r 1984 model as here in south africa it is basicly inposible to find a piston. if there is anyone that knows what piston would fit could you please let me know if it is a straight fit or do you have to mod it to fit thanks again.

Well for starters welcome, you are a long ways away. Pistons for that are easy to get yet here in the states. You would need to know if it is standard or an overbore. If an overbore what size is it. Overbores tend to be bore matched to the piston, standard you can just replace some times. look on ebay or a US company and see if they will ship to you.
