Just wondering - want to have a couple of these on hand for the future. Called my local Honda dealership today in regards to a chain slider for my '85 250R ATC. Part long discontinued. Will a slider from a 1986 Honda TRX 200R (still available from Honda - part # 52170-HA2-670) interchange on the '85 250R. Has anyone done this??? Parts guy at the dealership did not know. Thanks in advance. BK3

Yes, they interchange. They are also readily available on EBAY.

Hey guys, just detailing up the 250R today and noticed there is also a chain slider also on the rear skid plate. Mine is in fairly decent shape but are these still available from Honda (part number 52156-HB9-000)??? Anything available in the aftermarket if not available at the dealership??? Thanks BK3
