86 200X lens / ATC 250R 86 headlight

Old thread, but I'm wondering the same thing. Does the 86 200x lens fit a 85 or 86 250R shroud?

The info is here i used it. There is pics of my green framed bike w/that light shroud being put together.

86/87 200x glass does fit 86 250r shell237791

A 86 250sx headlight and a 86 200x and 86 250r glass will all work on each. Please correct me if I'm wrong

Interesting can you measure the difference between both of them? The part number is also listed the same for each.

I own an 1985 SX so I guess they are different if you go by part numbers...my bad

I used a Maier white 86R shell with my 86 200x headlight so for Marco he is good to go

No worries I just wanted to make sure he bought the correct part before going out and spending money. I also own a 85,86, and 87 sx.
