View Full Version : Drive sprocket troubles. Please help

So I bought a 200e big red and while breaking down the motor, I noticed a bad weld job and a major crack refer to pics, not sure if they fu##ed it or not?

I am assuming that is an 83. Yes you are screwed. Not to worry though. You need part number 12 in the service honda fiche below.

How easily does the sprocket come off the shaft? It's giving me some issues,

from what I can tell from the EBAY part picture it appears that the sprocket and sleeve are all 1 component. So just pull that sleeve/sprocket combo off, get the new part and voila, done.
