Easy fix,, mock it up, mark the holes, weld the nuts on header, Done Deal!!! That's how I did mine, people always ask where did that header come from! never knew they made one to fit the Oem heat shield!!!

GREAT JOB!!!! I got a seat cover just like that for one of my 250R's and its sharp as hell. Looks real good with y8ur ride. If thats a white plastic tank...are your decals bubbling????
