The starter on my 1989 Yamaha Pro-Hauler has been lagging for a while. Finally, it just quit working.
Normally this would not be a big deal. I have rebuilt many-a-starter for my ATVs. But when I cracked this one open the magnet came out in pieces. So here are my questions:
Is there a rebuild kit that includes the magnet? I cannot locate one.
Who would be a good source for either a kit or a new starter? I have not ordered one in a long time and the place I used back then is no longer around.
