1983 honda atc 200 help!

Ive got a 1983 Honda atc 200 and I am trying to remove the rear drive sprocket. Ive taken the four mounting bolts on the axle but the sprocket still will not slide off. What am I doing wrong? Please help need to get this swapped out! Thanks.

There's a snap-ring to remove as well. Clean off the dirt and you should be able to see it.
