I recently purchased an extended swing arm off eBay for my 85 350x and would like to get an extended axle as well. I know the 300ex axle will fit into the bearing carrier but the rear sprocket is maybe a half inch too far wide. My 350x came with a 300ex swinger and axle assembly installed. So my question is: does anyone know if I can get a durablue, team rpm, or other brand, 300ex axle with a 350x sprocket hub to align the sprockets properly? Obviously there are more options for a 300ex axle than a true 350x axle, hence why I want a 300ex axle. Any help is appreciated.
