ok i got my yt running after doing a bottom end swap things were goin good till i went up a hill and it just bogged out has this happened to anyone?? and it wont idle at all i adjusted my clutch because it was a little sloppy and decided to top the oil up and the oil that came out of the full hole had gas in it that i could smell ?? everyone is welcome to chime in on this. this is my first trike not to much experience with these old warriors

Sounds like your carb is leaking into the cylinder and getting passed the rings. Float might be stuck. I'd check that carb and then you might want to check your rings and cylinder wall to make sure there's no damage from thinning the oil out. Compression check once you've cleaned all that gas out should tell you some.

The carb was flooding the engine so I adjusted the floats maybe I adjusted the flat to much possibly ?! Thanks I'll try compression also

I bet there's a problem with your case halves sealing. Nothing from the crankcase should be getting into the gear case. Anyhow, I would suspect your needle and seat are worn not shutting off the supply of fuel. Also make sure you always turn the petcock off when not running.
