Your're basically asking about putting an engine with a CRF50/70/ATC70 engine mount bolt pattern into a 90/110 frame.

DRATV has a little information about putting a 50/70 clone engine in a Trail 90: http://dratv.stores.yahoo.net/ct.html

There was a great build of a 110 with a GPX engine but the pictures are all gone now... just search the site for GPX and see what you come up with.

I can't answer about tanks or the kicker.

I would think it would be a direct swap. I put a 90 motor in a 70 frame and it fit right in the stock bolt holes. 110 and 90 use the same mounting holed if I'm not mistaken.
