My storey starts from a ad posting from kijiji looking for atc parts for different machines. So I repy to in Nova Scotia. In search of some parts I might need and hope to trade some.

So this guy shows me all these parts and asks if I would trade him parts for parts I need. So I box them up and ship them to him. A month goes by and still no parts from him. I asked if he got a tracking number and he says no he didn't. Called the post office and they said it's standard to get once you ship a package. So this numb nut says I'm sorry but I will send you some parts a second time. He gives me another line of BS and still no parts no tracking number.

The thing that pisses me off more then anything I'm thousands of miles away and I can't do anything about it. He sure played a good game and sucked me in.

Maybe some members from Nova Scotia know of this dirt ball. He goes by the name Allen and his last four digits of his number is 2261. His ads on kijiji also looking for atc parts has the same last four digits.

Any feed back would be great.

Anyone here had to deal with someone like this?

All my life. Started at the age of 6 over a bag of chips and it just keeps getting worse. Last humdinger was just a few years ago, over $80K (not mine, but my responsibility). A few years before that it was over $25K and almost got landed me in jail (guy said I STOLE $250k from him and it cost me 25K in legal fees (down here you don't just pay the lawyer if you know what I mean;)), started over a $400 rent issue. Seems to get worse as I age. So what's the answer? TRUST NO ONE... unless you meet them on this site:D Next time find someone in NS that you trust and get them to make the trade for you in person.

PS I understand if you'd like to beat the guy to his last breath, but he's not worth it unless they were Tiger parts. Move on.

I hear you. Always another way of looking at it. There just parts. What bugs me the most he's so far away and I cant show up on his door step. Another idea I had was to send some msc parts like some dog $"!t as a COD package.

I'm sure a member on here knows of him or bought something off him.

You have his name and address. Call the cops, sounds like mail fraud to me. Flagging his adds could provide years of fun also. They were easy to find with the info you gave. Lots of bored people on here can help you click "report this ad". I just did.

If you have his address, call the police in the town of delivery and tell them your story, they will dig into it.
You have to show ID to pick up mail in Canada, so the address would have to be legit.

I don't know anything about "mail" theft in Canada, but I do recall that when it comes to robbery if you don't declare a loss of over $1,000 they won't even want to fill out a report let alone look into it.

I'm over it and learned a hard lesson over it. In the end I got a box of broken unusable parts. This guy always looking for 250r, 200x, and 350x machines. He leaves his number up on his ads ending in 2261.
