Hey everyone thanks for the ideas. wheeler still isn't right. took exaust off all clear.
backed choke off with most spring pressure. gonna try new main jet next.
When I took wheeler out of storage carb was full of nasty.
Though ive cleaned everything ten times now.Maybe the main jet got damaged IDK
