There is lots of knowledge here, however the question About the issues needs to asked before help can be offered!

My mom accidentally backed into my 3 wheeler and now my tire is really wobbly,
Do I need to get a new tire or is my axle screwed?

And my other 3 wheeler is having issues,
If it idles too long it pops a wheelie when I put it in gear.
Don't know how to fix it and the guys who can fix it want a down payment of $500.
Please help. (=

To check the wobbly tire, raise the rear end off the ground, ensure the tranny is in neutral with engine off, proceed to spin the tire by hand and watch the axle, rim, and tire to see what is wobbling. If it helps, setup a reference point such as blocks of wood until the surface face nearly touches the axle or inside the rim. You should easily be able to tell if the axle is bent or your rim is bent by gauging the rotation against the reference point.

As for the idling then popping a wheelie, is it a clutch machine or auto clutch? If it's clutch, well that's driver operation in my opinion. If auto clutch, the clutch may need adjustment. Please post what machine is having the issue so we can better understand and help diagnose the problem!

Okay, On my day off I will try lifting the tire, thanks.

And It's a auto clutch..

My uncle said mine is a 250 yamaha.

And my other one is a 225 DX yamaha.

If the clutch needs to be adjusted would that cause the problem of high reving in neutral?

The clutch would not cause high revving in neutral. That would be carb issues. Either your idle screw is turned up too far and causing high idle or jetting is incorrect.

Where is the location to adjust the carb?
Can you do it with a screw driver or do I have to take the carb out?

I have no experience with your specific machine. However it almost always is a flat blade screwdriver head screw somewhere on the side of the carb. Might have a little spring between the head and carb body. Try searching for your specific machine carb adjustment either here on 3ww or the rest of the web. You may even find a an online manual which will be of great value and information.

I'd say that either your cable is disconnected on one end or the cable is broken. I had the throttle cable break on my 350x while riding one time. It can happen. You shouls feel some resistance when you push on the throttle.
