Whats up? Joined the site because im franticly googling this or that tryin to get my suzuki 125 running and almost anything that pops up refers to this site....so here i am. Couple years ago i traded a car that was a mystery dent and problem car,for a lil mitsubishi mighty max 4x4 truck. Worked on the mighty max for a bit,then got a family truck handed down,decided the mighty had to go. Saw a post on c list 2 running 80's 3wheelers trade for any running truck. Already took a loss trading a 98 beamer for the 89 mighty max,kinda? Mighty was a 4x4 with a perfect body and ran ok,5 speed...beemer kept getn hit when parked and was gonna be expensive to fix and smog? I missed my old 3 wheelers and twos better than one! Lol! So i called post,went to see trikes and had to have em. One prob. The owners were out huntin/fishin on wheelers and timing chain broke on the suzuki shortly before i called? But owners had bought and started changing timing chain... claimed it was probly just 180° out and i heard thats a easy enough fix?? Honda runs great though! Will need tranny plates changed out soon,3rd slips a lil when cold. Not currently riding either cuz i moved to city and truck is under construction. So when im not working on truck,im trying to get suzuki running. No luck. Not even a sputter. Its soooo frustrating. I dont know what im not doing right?? Not having the book is a problem. Internet not much help? Googles so retarded it doesnt know what an alt 125 is? Or that its yellow,or that its even a 3 wheeler?? Anyways,hopefully i can get a lil direction on this site?? Or an offer? I really wanna keep the thing,but besides bein a pain and not runnin for me,after getn it running ill need plastics all around too? Cant find info,parts,etc?? Ive heard its rare but killin myself just to take my kids riding is growing old fast. I dont give up,but i almost wish i could sell or part it out for enough to get some other old honda that runs ok and be done?? I guess this is my last attempt at getn it goin? I figured having reverse would be good for my girls learnin to ride?? No"dad im stuck in a bush again"? U know? Anyways,tore down and cleaned whole carb last night,put it back on,moved the chain on the cam gear twice with no success. Put a new starter sylenoid magigger on too awhile back cuz the one on was dead,wasnt getn no shock holdin sp plugg in my hand. Staters ok ok. Getn nice good shock now. Yep,i lerned the old way. If ya cant feel da shock thru yer calluses then be a man an put yer tongue on it! Step dads R asses. So got spark,rag blew out the hole two feet so got compression...unfortunaly,im not sure what all the original owners did? Dont know if hoses,an wires are correct,etc. I just know its the only dead thing that ive ever not been able to fix?? Ive fixed stuff badly before,or have had to improvise,but i always figure it out??? Except this is my first suziki,and some stuff on it just isnt speakin my language?? Im burnt. Send an award fer longest intro from a new member. Ill check back soon to see how many people have the same trike. Probly not many? Gnite all.
