85 tri-z project

I picked up a 85 tri-z 250 project and I'm in the process of putting it together. I have the cylinder at the shop getting taken out to its last (70mm) bore. It will get a new weisco kit. New plastics, new front wheel bearing, front brake caliper rebuild. And a lot more as I progress. My first questions are what mix oil do you guys recommend? What gear oil do you recomend? And can the front caliper be rebuilt and where can I get the parts to do it?
