does any one know if goki starters are still available for the 1985 350x or do I try to find a used one?

yes, you can still get them from goki. At least they did last time I talked to them about a year ago. I also see them for sale used. If you buy one used be carefull. There is a difference between the '85 and '86 models and most folks don't know what they have. If you install the wrong year, it will fit, but will destroy itself quickly. If you call goki and tell the what you have they can tell you how to set up the install to make sure you have the right one.

Your decomp system has to work properly on your x or it won't work at all!.
