the guy i bought it from was an idiot, running amsoil 20:1 with a huge carb with huge jets on an unported cylinder. also guy spray painted the plastics x.X, so it is a bit of a basket case, but runs. on the good side, it has an aftermarket pipe i am unsure of what it is yet, good condition banshee rear shock, a RAM steering stabilizer, +4 westcoast swinger and an aluminum top mount tank. once my intro thread gets approved since there is pics in it, i will post some pics of this hoopty :)

Sounds like you got a good deal even if the plastics are trashed.

I saw that one on craigslist. I called about it and he said he just sold it. Not a bad project.

If you have the cash you can always buy new plastics from maier. At least the front and rear fenders. That's what I put on mine. Except the radiator shrouds, I got those from DC

You can get shrouds and air box cover from Mosh they have Maier's make them

Never heard of Mosh. I would like to know more haha. I tried the DC version of the airbox cover and it was junk. They don't cut any holes and some of the airbox holes are tricky cuts. Plus it didn't fit correctly. It was too tall near the bottom and wouldn't seat right. So avoid the DC airbox cover.

Is the maker yellow close to the oem yellow? How is the fit compared to stock?
