My current project is an 85 big red which was given to me. When I got her she was in pretty bad shape. Sunken by the previous owner and sat up for a year. I rebuilt the carb and put a wiring harness off of a 86 250sx. New battery and she fired up immediately and smoked out my shop. So I bored it .10 over got a nice cobra exhaust (it's not too loud) and took care of a few cosmetic issues during the down time. Put it together and it again fired up immediately. Took it around the block and noticed two things.
1. This thing is pretty powerful for its size.
2. The squeaky rear end is going to need some attention.
So after a short test run back in the shop for more wrenching. Left hub is stuck without any sign of budging. I am in the process of making a heavy duty wheel puller. Hopefully it will do the trick. Got a few pics because I know y'all are going to ask for some.202060202059202058
