Just thought I'd say hello and see who is out riding near Port Hope or Cobourg area's? I just got my "good" 200x licensed and insured for the trails! Woohoo!

I've got a bunch of trikes including:

'79 110 (not running yet-no spark)
'83 110 (runs awesome)
'84 200es (runs great but rear differential is in bad shape...)
'85 200m or s maybe... (runs but needs a carb kit cause it floods)
'83 200x (no engine)
'84 200x (runs great-ie. the "good one". LOL)
'85 200x (runs good but has 2nd gear problem)
'86 200x (with 200e motor swap-not running yet)
and one more 200m chassis (for parts-no engine)

Let me know if anyone is going to get out riding in the Northumberland Forest or the Ganny and I'll try to make it out. Thanks.

Mark

Welcome to 3WW - nice to see another from southern Ontario. I'm not far from you - Campbellford area. I would be interested in some info on where you got your insurance through.

Insurance was VERY easy. I found broker information in another thread on this forum and gave them a call. You'll have to give them your name, address, phone number, driver's license #, and a copy of your three wheeler ownership (once its in your name...). Then they'll email you a temp slip, possibly the same day or the next day. Call:

Nicole McCann, State Farm Ins.
17817 Leslie St #20, Newmarket, ON L3Y 8C6

Nice! Defiinitely looking into it. Roughly how much did it set you back per year

It's based solely on displacement with them. A 200cc is about $128 for the year.

Just an update - I finally got around to putting insurance on my Big Red. And thanks a bunch - you're info was bang on. I called the number you gave me and got insurance no questions asked. You were even spot on with the price. Thanks again so much for your help.
