I can't see crap from the pics, and are therefore 90% probably wrong. But it has the lines of an Italjet. They were neat little suckers.

I think says made in japan on it. So I would have to say it's not Italjet. Unless they used japan motors ? There has to be some ID on it somewhere.
Maybe there is a clue in the vin number.

So the tag is illegible, and the motor does say made in Japan. The frame is Taiwan. I think, based on the cases, that the motor is a Fuji F500k 100cc 2 stroke. They used them on the indian me-100 models. But nothing else appears to match...lol

I haven't been able to locate any numbers that I can read, nothing is stamped on the frame or the motor, that I can see. It isn't locked up and just needs spark according to the last owner. I verified it cranks, but it was late last night.

My first bike was identified as a "Kami". It was a parts bin bike that a company in California marketed in the late 60s or early 70s. I found that Kami, Hodaka, Indian, and Chapparal engine parts of the same displacement (my bike had a 2 stroke 100cc engine) were interchangeable. Probably not much help, but I am drawing on memory from nearly 40 years ago.

Isn't that a vin number I see stamped on the neck ?.

That looks like an alsport/Steen hodaka with a Fuji transplant. Almost certain it's a hodaka.

Hope I'm right cuz they are rare. There's gotta be a v.I.n
