I think its off of a Honda because I've seen this keyed lid on Honda tanks before. It has some distinct features like the offset on the sides for some partially wrapped plastic. I'm completely stumped. Any help would be appreciated.http://www.3wheelerworld.com/images/smilies/wondering.gif

My completely unexpert opinion is that it might not even be from a three wheeler. I haven't seen a keyed gas cap on an atv. Of course just because I haven't seen it, that doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

Just by the cap and profile pretty sure it's a chinese tank

The ATC110 has a offset for the seat similar to this one, but this one also has offsets on the sides. I agree that it probably fits a motorcycle. If that keyed lid is original then only Honda and Kawasaki had one similar to this one. Most are Honda. That doesn't mean China didn't copy it. All my searching on Google and Google images on all the major motorcycle manufacturers didn't yield anything that came close to this offset profile. I figured it would be easy to identify due to the distinct features on it. My friend found it in a junk consignment lot. He figured I 'd want it for my three wheedlers, but It doesn't fit .

Did a little searching myself and found that there is one on ebay for sale and it's off of a 2004 125 Pantera. China Bike.
