Big red rear axle issue

I just bought a rough parts bike mayne to restore. Rear axle bearings are shot. Some idiot welded the left castle nut to rear axle. The right side is nut is not welded but siezed. If i can getnthe right side loose is there anyway the axle can come out without both castle nuts removed?

200es 84? yes can me removed if the right one isn't welded

250es 85-6 ? no,both nuts must me removed

if it's an 85 250es shaft drive i have a good axle for cheap let me know if you need it

It is a 250 shaft drive. The problem is going to be removing it with left castle nut welded to threads. I am not really sure how to approach.

Cut it and buy danbur55's axle to put back in.
