Wow. He even claims that the forks on Mikes 125M that he recently sold for $13,600 were bent and it had the wrong rims!!! Oh my.....this ought to be outstanding!

Why wait? Looks like it might come with about a quart of Armor All. What a bargain!

I saw this as well this morning , what a clown. but his very well used 87 with a dented tank and worn out tires and far from perfect 125m is worth 20K. I have in my shop right now a legit 0 mile 87 125m from my customers collection who was killed in a snowmobile wreck last year selling for his wife . It is going to another collector in a few weeks he didnt pay near 20k for it

The description should have read:

Used 87 Honda 125 in good condition. Minor wear and tear, excellent candidate for restoration. Not many of these out there, $3000 OBO

Holy cow that things is SA-WEET!

I`m blown away at the design. It`s super aggressive styling and sporty looks really hide the fact that it`s a 125. Looks mean and fast.

Their styling was really moving forward with this model. Shame it (atc`s) was all fizzin out by that point.

The 87 on ebay is still a nice bike. I'm looking forward to see how much it gets up to because how many 87 125's pop up for sale each year?

I have thought about selling my 86. As I have said before, its has all NOS red plastic, NOS tires, NOS tool kit box, and lots of goodies. NOS headlight guard like Mikes 87 there. Even the dash is NOS. And I didn't have to do that, the original plastic was in good shape, the trike was not abused. I managed to find the rear fenders as a NOS piece and then decided if I could find everything else, I would make it like new again. So I hunted all the parts down and ever so carefully changed them out. Most everything on it looks new or close to new. The rear axle has a couple of surface rust areas, and theres the usual paint wear near the pull start (which I have the original paint and could fix, but I am not going to at this point). The ONLY piece of plastic not NOS is the right rear mud guard, and its not bad. I saved all the boxes from the NOS plastic purchases as well lol. I am just that weird.

I just don't know if I am ready to part with it just yet, but I am kinda wanting to find another really nice Big Red, perhaps an 87, and I wouldn't have room for all 4.

I damn sure am not asking 20K for mine lol. I wouldn't think too many would be worth that unless they are sitting in the crate they came in...

I don't think it is a 20k trike either but, I think the seller is correct in thinking the 87 125 may be the lowest production number atc ever produced. I could use a better set of rear fenders for mine, are your old ones for sale OKSTATE?

I actually just sold my rear fenders to another gentleman on this site. I still have the front fender with a NOS mud flap. The fender has a small crack on the rear part of the fender, but overall it's a nice fender. Just FYI.

Once I saw the seller I looked no further. I had a bizarre Facebook encounter with him about some 250r low profile fenders and that was enough for me.

I had a weird experience with him too bkm. And others have as well, I have seen other threads talk about that trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotr ailpro. The guy has some serious issues, if you want to see for yourself, just look him up on youtube. And I believe he was the guy that took a 125M and turned it into a fat cat. head scratcher.

I have no idea how he is in person? Maybe his internet antics are just that?

In case you needed a face for the seller, here you go:

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=251751350511

Front page of his calendar seems to imply she is desperately trying to get away from him! Maybe we should heed her warning.

Seems bidding has stalled at the $2024 mark, only $17976 more to go.

I had my suspicions, but wanted to reserve judgement until at least confirmed by a credible source. Lol
