Hi
New member here and I have made a CT90 engine into a 125 using ATC125m crank/cylinder and head.
This motor is fitted into a 1981 CT110 frame and has a restriction in the inlet up at the carry rack and before the air filter .
The carbs for the 110 and the 125 are the same but the jetting is very different and I was wondering if the ATC 125m had a restriction before the carb.
Thanks for any replies in advance and cheers.

The cylinder head ports are much smaller on the 1984/85 atc125m head compared to a 90/110 so by installing the 125m head is going backwards and not an upgrade over a 90/110 head . Just a note the camshafts are different so make sure your using the 125m camshaft with the 125m head , cam timing is different on a 110 .

Hi Shortline
The 1985 ATC125m head ,that I bought as a 85/ATC125m head from a 3 wheel seller in the USA , and the 1982 Ct110 heads that I have are exactly the same.
The cam timing could be different but the cam that came with the head is the same as a CT110.
The CT90 head is different with smaller ports , closer stud pattern , different cam , different rocker covers.
I have all these heads on my bench and can look at them together.
So does a 85/ ATC125m have a restrictor in the airbox ?
Cheers
Mike

Hi Shortline
I posted a reply to your post with pictures but it looks to have disappeared.
I have read the rules and don't believe that I've broken any so I'me off to a good start on this forum.

Anybody know if a ATC125m has a restrictor in the airbox?
