I am having an issue with the rear brake caliper, leaking fluid, have replaced the seals in it with a rebuild kit, but still leaks out of the back where the p-brake is. any advice?

Did you replace the e-brake shaft seal ?
Another fix would be to install a e-brake block off plate with a gasket to seal up the leak .

And yet another option would be to use the front caliper from a cr85 to completely eliminate the park brake.
