i am new to the forum, and have an issue. just bought an atc200 in decent running condition for $300. one issue that I would like to resolve before I order parts is what I believe to be a starter gear mesh issue. The starter motor turns and the crankcase does turn but only intermittently. Sometimes it turns, sometimes you hear a grinding noise, then it turns. Does anyone have experience with this? Also does anyone know a good source for parts, other than ebay\craigslist\amazon? can post pics if needed. thanks
