When did they become unavailable from honda? I've never seen one before.

I would not buy off this seller just because of his shitty attitude. Have a look at the item description.
I make exact copies in fibreglass which does not easily scuff and fade like plastic does. The glass ones come in the correct colour, retains the shine and is repairable and paintable if needed. These look great on 70's as you cannot see underneath when fitted.
