Well 1984 1985 is going to be the cheaper and easier to find option of the 2 styles of Tecate.

KX500 motors and other motor choices drop into the 2nd gen like the KX500 one with that big pipe that sold out of Saginaw michigan for around $2000 years ago that I should have bought.

I had to get the money to the guy about two hours after i saw the add.
Thankfully he listed it on some backwater FB page for motorcycles and i was able to snag it before to many people saw it.
Drove 2.5 hours the next day to go pick It up :D

If you use searchtempest to search craigslist, it really takes no time at all, and sometimes you find neat stuff for sale but it's always 2000 miles away.

I think that one in canton (with a bunch of parts?) has been for sale for a long time.
