trouble with 225 Trimoto

I havea Yamaha 225 Trimoto it wont start I have worked with the carb so much and it still doesn't work and I wondered if it was the valves in the engine . or if it was getting to much gas or to much air I cleaned the carb the fuel runs nice the ignition is good I now its something easy just not sure what

it has 130 psi compression seems good

i have much the same problem dont know whats wrong i guess could a wrong adjustment in the carb or the valves
