I have two engines I am gonna get rebuilt for this spring. This seems like the easiest means for a top end rebuild. Anyone ever install one and have any feedback?

One I was going to try to find some old school performance parts like the ones white bros put out but I guess I'll just save my money for an actual performance trike. Even though I loved building up my one 225 to make it more sporty, it's just lacking in a few areas and I keep breaking it. Usually because I try jumping it lol. 4.5" of travel isn't enough. But I might be interested in some stuff if anyone has some.

I wonder who the manufacturer is?

I sent the seller a question asking who is the manufacturer. If I don't get a response there is a number I could call.

If you read the description it has a 90 day no questions asked warranty. But then it also says one year warranty. That's pretty cool. I don't know how much it covers but it's kinda neat knowing if something fails your covered. How well they honor it is another question though.

I think that's a lot of money to spend on something not name brand. Do you need a new cylinder? I bet you could do better if you got your cylinder bored. I can get my cylinder bored with a wiseco piston, rings, pin, and gaskets for cheaper then that.

I do not need a new cylinder. I never rebuilt my engines, I'm not super familiar with prices. I just figured by time you got a gasket kit, piston, bored, etc etc it would be a small price to pay for the ease of it. But I'll price it out and take it into consideration now. I suppose your right. I'm curious who makes it.

Thats cheap! Where I live it cost me that much to just have my cylinder bored and the exhaust bridge relieved, then add another 175$ for piston, rings, wrist pin and bearing, then whatever gaskets were. I'd say thats a good deal. If you can find someone else who has used one or getting better info on the warranty it might be worth it.

Here's what I would do

Gaskets $30

Piston kit $100

And you should be able to get your cylinder bored for under 100 bucks. I get mine done for $45.

I'm not sure if this was the response I was looking for? I'm still tempted to test It out on one of my motors down the road.

I wonder is he means he actually casts and machines the parts or he manufactures the "kit".....meaning he buys the parts from different sources and his idea of manufacturing is assembling the various parts and selling them as a kit?
