I saw this and laughed. I think this is the trike oldschool83 was selling and seeing in a fuel filter add. WTF.

He sold it, using it as prop. Nothing wrong with that, you see people doing all kinds of stuff as props.

Hey, it grabs your attention. That's the point. It sure got all of our attention and stuck out from the rest so his tactic is working.

They are the fuel filter I used on that bike. I use them on all my toys now. If you need one they are $6.95 shipped. That simple and it's marketing.
