I'm looking at replacing the rims on my '84 ATC 110 (going from split rims to one-piece), but trying to figure out what the options are. The tires are still in good shape, and want to keep the stock size of 22x11x8. That suggests to me that I need 11x8 rims (11" wide, 8" diameter as I understand it). Problem is, looking around online, all I see are the 8x8 rims (like here (https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/3376/8633/ITP-Steel-Wheel?v=3762)).
It's my understanding the '83- years had 3-lug rims. My '84 has 4-lug.
Are new rims of this size not made?

So long as lug pattern is 4x130 those rims you linked to will be fine. If you check your stock two piece rims on there now aren't 11 inch wide.

if I remember right, I think the ones are on my 125 are from AMS.

You need an 8x8 with a 4x130 bolt pattern.
The wheels you linked to should be fine on the back, but you need a 0 offset for the front - 4+4.
Not sure what's available for steel wheels - maybe 84 and later 200s or similar?
Here's an aluminum option: http://www.powersportsplace.com/parts/dtg-010-01/overview/

Another option is to change hubs to 4x110. There's several other models with the same spline pattern as the 110. That's my plans for my 125m with the same problem

So, old thread here, but i'm in the same boat. I'm doing a refresh on a blue 110. I want to grab some nice looking one piece rims in the stock size. I just picked up some new Duro 22x11-8's from Rocky Mountain on closeout. (Good deal) I'm gonna put a 125 hub up front to gain the front brake. I'll do a build thread when i start, but, in the meantime, i want to get the parts together. Any thoughts on wheels?

I am having these exact wheels made right now. Should be done by end of year. I will have a thread when available, but soon.247679

Redsox, there may be more to adding a front brake to your 110 than just a 125 front wheel/hub. You have to make sure that you also have a way to keep the brake drum from turning on your trike when you apply the brakes. From what I've seen, I believe that most have some sort of tab on the forks that will keep the drum from turning.
