Not sure about you guys, but we eat good at my house on Easter Sunday. I have the whole family from both sides coming over. Boiled crawfish and blue crab are the usual for this occasion. I'm sure y'all will all be eating something different. Just wanna see how things are handled on your property. Even if you don't celebrate Easter let us know what's on the menu.

Family in hospitals dictate us celebrating today instead of tomorrow. Easter bunny hopped in a day early. I have a 22 lb stuffed butterball in the oven, A spiral cut honey glazed ham will join him later. Broccoli salad and boiled broccoli, fruit salad, green beans, corn, applesauce, rudabegah, gravy from both animals, homemade dinner rolls. Dirt for dessert. Right around $65 for this one meal, but we'll send leftovers home with all in attendance, and we'll eat well all week. What a diverse difference in culture huh lol! Pretty cool. I still have enough snow to snowmobile in my upper field today :) Today it will be gone though :(

Y'all are always welcome to come eat and drink:beer. I have a gathering every Sunday. I found out that to get the crawfish I needed it would have cost about $250:( so I'm about to head to a local meat market and grab a few things. The weather is really nice right now so I'm going to fire up the Weber and go that route. Will update when I get back from the store.

Just got back from Champagne' s (pronounced "shom pines") and pick up a load of goodies. Baby back ribs, stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, an assortment of fresh homemade sausage, stuffed pork tenderloin, and some stuffed mushrooms. All bred, butchered, and packaged about a half hour from where I bought it. Gotta love it guys.

I'm down south working so I'm planning on a 7-11 breakfast, possibly a double meat Cuban if they aren't sold out? For dinner I'm hoping the Wawa that I hit up will be open. Be thankful for your family , even if they can't cook.
