84' 200M Help

Can someone tell or show how the front sprocket mounts? Is there no retainer plate? Mine has a snap ring holding it on?
what year 185s sprockets will fit? if I order a 19xx 185s complete set, will the chain be alright, both length and strength?

I have an '81 185s and can tell you it has no snap ring. Has a retaining plate with three bolts holding it in place. I think 84 started a new design to the mid size three wheelers. Someone should be along soon that can help you more. Can you post a pic of the snap ring setup on yours?
