Hi I just recently bought a honda 200m. It runs like a top, no engine problems as far as I can tell. The only this is it doesn't have very much get up and go. Mostly I am going thru mud and windy trails so I would like to have more power in 1-3rd gears. So I was thinking about adding extra teeth to the rear sprocket. Here is where I need some expertise. How many teeth I should increase by? And still be able to fit the chain gaurd.

Adding teeth on the rear sprocket will not incrrase your acceleration.
Basically
Add teeth to front sprocket = more top speed less accel
Remove teeth from front sprocket = more accel but less top speed
For the rear its the reverse
Adding teeth add speed but less accel
Remove teeth = less accel but more speed.
And rule of thumb is changing 1 teeth on the front is like change 3 tooth on the back sprocket. You can buy front one they are cheaper
