86 350x help bearings broken carrier

I know this question has came up on other posts I need new bearings and bearing carrier for my 86 350 X I see A few other brands I see this Carrier that pops up called NICHE for 84 bucks dosent have much descriptions does it come with bearings and seals in it already or do I have to buy them separately and is that particular carrier worth purchasing or should I just go with the RAD?? Any help would be appreciated !!! I'm waiting for my new fuel tank in the mail and want to get this thing riding ASAP

I have 2 for my Baja build. They seem to be ok. I am going to mode mine for my project but
Look and feel good for normal use. Yes includes everything.
