Ive gota 86 250r with 87 stroker crank 86 68mm piston air Stryker carb esr reed cage was wondering if I need to advance or retard my timing

Stock ignition? If so you can't advance unless you have an aftermarket plate or are running an upgraded ignition.

I assume you have the +4 adjustable. what is your current compression? You could toy with it +/- 2 degrees but unless you are running really high compression and are retarding for longevity I can't think of any reason why you would want to mess with it.

210 psi. Falls on its face 1/2 - 3/4 throttle

+4ish degree.
