So since acquiring my first 3 wheeler a few months back I bought second one from a friend who wanted to downgrade :TrikesOwn to a quad ;) haha. So here is the problem. I have no room, and the wife is growing tired of not having a back porch when im working on them :P Debating building them their own storage and workshop, if you will. Anyone else done/thought about this?

All the time.... I have 4 sheds and a slightly larger than normal single stall garage. I have ZERO extra space, everything is packed full. Plus in summer when my boat is in the garage, about 90% of my garage space is full. I can just barely squeeze 2 trikes nosed in along side the tongue if the boat trailer. I have to pull the boat out to do any projects at all... I'll be doing just that tomorrow. Got a new carrier for the wife's 350x I'll be installing tomorrow along with PM service and chasing down a little electrical gremlin...

My pipe dream is to build a pole barn of about 24'x32' with usable loft space and a method of getting my trikes up there for off-season storage... One day....

Ive been looking into a 12x20 shed with the floor. I can get one for about 3200 and put it together myself. Though I would have to say that at some point like yourself, i would probably fill that up quickly as well. :P

As far as the loft idea that would be fun to get creative with!

I think everyone has thought about more workspace.

I have a 26x26 heated shop, and 8 10x10 sheds( legal limit without a permit) , and I still do not have enough space. I have lots of land, but limited funds for building. My goal is to build a 100x60 barn.... in time.

No matter how big you build them they are never big enough. Trust me we've been there done that. The more space you have the room you have for more bikes( which I didn't say was a bad thing as long as you are single)

I bought a trailer for my trikes. Zero assembly required.

Well Bren thats certainly one way to do it :P My problem so far is money as much as it is room. I cant help but drool every time I see a 250 on craigslist...but then my garage would be overrun next...hence the need of that shed...lol

I have a 10x20 garage and it has 3 250Rs two quads and my streetbike plus a ton of spare parts and tires.I need more space thinking of putting a cellar under the garage it sits on pillars and I have about 5 feet of headroom at the back.

Whoa hold on there. I have two and a wife who learned of monetary problems at too young of an age, she once told me she thought $300 was a dumb amount of money to spend on a handgun. She's already asking me why I need 2 trikes >. < only had my first one 4 months...

Ive actually thought about those just to store em in. Seeing as in the winter time I can just stuff em in the shed. Don't have to worry about getting the lawnmowers out in 2ft of snow!

Toys require space. More space means more toys are required to fill the additional space. Once full of toys the space must again be enhanced. This has been going on since we started living in caves. The problem is that women have domesticated us. Just look at a homestead of 100 years ago. Tiny little house that held a family of 10 and a massive barn that constituted the ultimate man cave where we could escape from the wife and kids.

Now look at us!!! Big houses, 1.2 kids and a blow away car port covering our $50K trucks and tarps over our trikes. It's time for a domestic revolt!!!

It's all relative--(more room just equals more 3 wheelers). I thought a 40x40 would do, now I'm outta room!
